Common Questions

How do I reset my due date?

Go to Settings > Due Date and pick a new date. Your waypoint progress and Ranger conversations will adjust automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > scroll to the bottom > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers, including your profile, conversations, check-in history, and checklist progress. This cannot be undone.

How do I turn off notifications?

Go to Settings > Notifications. You can toggle each notification type on or off independently (weekly waypoints, milestones, Ranger briefings).

Is my data private?

Yes. Your data is stored in your private account and protected by row-level security. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Is The Ranger a real person?

No. The Ranger is an AI guide powered by Anthropic's Claude. It provides general educational information about pregnancy and parenting. It is not a doctor, therapist, or medical professional. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical questions.

The app isn't working / I found a bug

Please email us or use Settings > Send Feedback with a description of what happened. Include your device type and iOS version, and what you were doing when the issue occurred. Screenshots help!

Can I request a copy of my data?

Yes. Email us and we will provide a copy of all data associated with your account within 30 days.

App Store Issues

I can't download or update the app

This is usually an App Store issue. Try:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Restart the App Store
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Check that your device meets minimum requirements (iOS 16+)

I was charged incorrectly

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. If you see an unexpected charge, contact Apple support for billing issues. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
